Assistant Registrar – Full Time:

Maintain and organize electronic and physical documents.

Managing daily administrative tasks

Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

Assist in scheduling classes and coordinating meetings, conferences, and appointments.

Support the school manager with student registrations, onboarding paperwork, employee records, and other administrative activities.
-
Support the CEO by assisting in implementing the vision for the company.

Contribute to the efficient operation of the office by providing general administrative support.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus..

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel/Numbers, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

To be an instructor at Petra you will have to meet one of the following education & experience requirements to be approved by the ADHE (CNA instructors must be a LPN or RN with license in good status with at least 1 year experience in Long Term Care) :
Hold not less than a baccalaureate degree in a field directly related to the course; and hold the appropriate certificate, license, or rating (if the occupation is one requiring certificate, license, or rating). OR;
Hold not less than a baccalaureate degree in a field not directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and have not less than 15 semester hours or equivalent directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and hold the appropriate certificate, license, or rating (if the occupation is one requiring certificate, license, or rating).
OR;
Hold not less than a baccalaureate degree in a field not directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and have one (1) year of on-the-job training directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and hold the appropriate certificate, license, or rating (if the occupation is one requiring certificate, license, or rating).
OR;
Hold not less than an associate degree; and have one (1) year of on-the-job training, both of which shall be directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and hold the appropriate certificate, license, or rating (if the occupation is one requiring certificate, license, or rating). OR;
Hold not less than an associate degree not directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and have two (2) years of on-the-job training directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and hold the appropriate certificate, license, or rating (if the occupation is one requiring certificate, license, or rating).
OR;
Hold not less than a high school diploma or GED; and shall have completed a program of instruction at a recognized school in a field directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and have three (3) years of on-the-job training directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and hold the appropriate certificate, license, or rating (if the occupation is one requiring certificate, license, or rating). OR;
Hold not less than a high school diploma or GED; and have seven (7) years of on-the-job training directly related to the program in which they are teaching; and hold the appropriate certificate, license, or rating (if the occupation is one requiring certificate, license, or rating).
